Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Notice
must be received within 14 days prior to arrival, 30 days for
holidays, in order to receive a refund minus a $65.00 cancellation
fee. If your cancellation does not meet these requirements, you
will forfeit all monies paid to date. We do NOT give refunds or
credits for poor snow conditions, severe weather, early departure,
public utility outages or failure of common area project amenities.
Any changes to your original will incur a $15.00 charge. All reservations
are subject to a 2 to 3 night minimum stay, or longer during holiday
periods.
