Deposit Policy
A fifty percent deposit
is required to be paid within two weeks of the date the reservation
is made. The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival for non-holiday
dates and 30 days prior to arrival for holiday reservations.
Personal check payments are accepted up to 30 days prior to
arrival. VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discovercards
are accepted in payment for all reservations as long as the
guest has a fax available. When payment is made with a credit
card, we will fax a copy of the credit card draft and a confirmation,
for signature. Both the credit card draft and the confirmation
must be signed and returned to us by fax, within 24 hours, to
guarantee your reservation.
If payment is not received within two weeks, we will make a
courtesy phone call to remind the guest of money due. If the
guest does not contact us within 24 hours of the reminder phone
call, we will cancel the reservation. The guest does have the
option to re-book the cancelled resevation on space available.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT in the form of a valid credit card is required
on arrival. Should you not have a valid credit card, this deposit
must be included in the final payment in full of your reservation.
Security Deposit funds are authorized and/or deposited upon
receipt. The purpose of a Security Deposit is to insure that
our guests take special care of their condominium, treating
the unit as if were their home, leaving it clean and in good
repair. Checks will be returned, credit card vouchers will be
destroyed, after the unit is cleaned unless it is found to be
damaged, abused, or extra dirty, in which case the guest will
be notified of the charge. Your credit card or personal check
will be used to pay for repairs to the unit in the event that
damages or theft are caused by any member of the party. To avoid
an extra dirty charge to your security, all dirty dishes must
be washed and all trash must be emptied into the proper common
area receptacle.
WE ONLY ACCEPT CHECKS AS PAYMENT FOR ARRIVALS DECEMBER 18,
2011 TO JANUARY 1, 2012 AND FEBRUARY 16, 2012 TO FEBRUARY 18,
2012. THE FIRST PAYMENT ON YOUR RESERVATION IS DUE WITHIN 10
DAYS OF BOOKING. THE FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR
ARRIVAL DATE. AT CHECK-IN, THERE WILL BE A $200 CREDIT CARD
AUTHORIZATION. THIS IS NOT A CHARGE! THE AUTHORIZATION WILL
DROP OFF YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
THE $200 IS HELD AS SECURITY IN HOPES THAT YOU WILL RESPECT
AND GIVE RESONABLE CARE TO THE CONDOMINIUM YOU OCCUPY. IF YOU
HAVE PREPAID YOUR SECURITY, THIS DOES NOT APPLY.
