FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. PLEASE READ YOUR CONFIRMATION CAREFULLY. Should you find
any discrepancies, please call us immediately. Rental payment
and cancellation policies are clearly stated on your confirmation.
Monies not received by the dates indicated WILL result in the
cancellation of your reservation. Personal checks received less
than two weeks prior to arrival must be guaranteed by a credit
card. SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY CHECK-IN TIME IS 5PM INSTEAD OF THE
REGULAR CHECK-IN TIME OF 4PM.
2. A SECURITY DEPOSIT in the form of a valid credit card is
required on arrival. Should you not have a valid credit card,
this deposit must be included in the final payment in full of
your reservation. Security Deposit funds are authorized and/or
deposited upon receipt. The purpose of a Security Deposit is
to insure that our guests take special care of their condominium,
treating the unit as if were their home, leaving it clean and
in good repair. Checks will be returned, credit card vouchers
will be destroyed, after the unit is cleaned unless it is found
to be damaged, abused, or extra dirty, in which case the guest
will be notified of the charge. Your credit card or personal
check will be used to pay for repairs to the unit in the event
that damages or theft are caused by any member of the party.
To avoid an extra dirty charge to your security, all dirty dishes
must be washed and all trash must be emptied into the proper
common area receptacle.
3. KEYS - Your unit key may be obtained at the Mammoth Premiere
Reservations office located at 89 Laurel Mountain Road. From
Main Street, turn left at the Bank of America and go one block
(see map on reverse side). You are responsible for your keys.
Should you lose or fail to return your key(s) to our Mammoth
Premiere office, there will be a $20 charge to your security
deposit or credit card for each unreturned key.
4. LATE CHECK-INS - Our office hours are from 8:30AM to 6:00PM
daily. On weekends and major holidays we may extend office hours
as needed to check in our guests. Should you arrive after the
office closes, you will find your key in our night box located
on the left wall, just outside the double entry doors, at the
main entrance to our building. IF YOU EXPECT TO ARRIVE AFTER
6:00PM, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CALL OUR OFFICE THE DAY OF
ARRIVAL FOR THE COMBINATION TO OUR LOCK BOX SO YOU CAN ACCESS
YOUR KEY.
5. PARKING is by permit only. A parking permit for each car,
parking instructions and a map directing you to the project
where you will be staying will be included with your key. PLEASE
DO NOT BRING MORE THAN TWO CARS. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE PARKING
FOR MORE THAN TWO CARS. Our projects with garage parking generally
only have ONE assigned space for each unit. Improperly parked
cars will be TOWED AWAY AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE. Motor homes,
buses and trailers are not permitted on our projects due to
limited parking.
6. MAID & LINEN SERVICE, LOST & FOUND - Our condominiums
are prepared by our maid service prior to your arrival. Fresh
towels will be delivered by our staff and exchanged for dirties,
when needed, approximately every other day of your stay between
9AM and 5PM (EXCEPT THE DAY YOU CHECK-OUT). IN ORDER TO RECEIVE
YOUR TOWEL SERVICE, YOU MUST PERSONALLY CHECK-IN AT OUR OFFICE
LOCATED AT 89 LAUREL MOUNTAIN ROAD. Additional services and
supplies can be arranged for during check-in registration. Mammoth
Premiere is not responsible for personal items left behind.
If we can locate the item, we will return it to you for a $15.00
charge plus mailing costs. These charges will be billed to your
security credit card. Unclaimed items are taken to the Cast-Off
after 30 days.
7. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN OUR UNITS.
8. KITCHEN FACILITIES - Each unit has a completely equipped
kitchen. To avoid additional charges, please do your dishes
and empty trash prior to checking out. Trash cans are either
conveniently located in every common under building garage or
outside on the project grounds. DO NOT leave trash in a private
unit garage. Each of our units is individually owned and furnished
by that owner. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE KITCHEN ITEMS OR FURNISHINGS
TO ANOTHER UNIT.
10. TIRE CHAINS - Tire chains are very important during snowy
weather. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF CABLE CHAINS. Cable
chains break very easily and do not provide adequate traction.
The traditional chain link style tire chain is vastly superior
to cable chains in performance and durability.
